Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Bonjour to Paris (“Bonjour to Paris”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you (“Client”, “you” or “your”). These terms and conditions govern your use of the bonjourtoparis.com website and any of its productsand services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

2. Travel Planning Services

The travel planning services include the creation of personalized travel itineraries tailored to your preferences and interests. We provide recommendations for activities, accommodations, restaurants, transportation and other travel-related aspects to enhance your experience in Paris.

Payment for our travel planning services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in your invoice. The total fee for our services will be communicated to you before you confirm your booking.

To create a personalized itinerary, we will conduct consultations with you to gather information about your travel preferences, budget, and any special requests. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to enable us to plan your trip effectively. You may request changes or revisions to your itinerary within a reasonable timeframe no more than 2 times. Additional fees will apply if you ask to revise the itinerary more than twice.

We will deliver your personalized travel itinerary through PDF to the email address provided within the agreed-upon timeframe. The travel book may include details such as suggested activities, reservations, transportation, tips and contact information for service providers.

Our travel planning services include recommendations for third-party services, such as hotels, restaurants, and tour operators. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or pricing of these services, as they are provided by independent businesses. You are responsible for verifying and booking third-party services directly. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful travel recommendations, we do not assume liability for any issues or disputes that may arise with third-party service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services or the information provided in your itinerary.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment and provide coverage for unexpected events, including trip cancellations, delays, or interruptions.

Upon receipt of your travel itinerary, it is your responsibility to review and accept the proposed plans. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us promptly for clarification.

3. Event Planning Services

The event planning services are designed to help you create and execute memorable events in Paris. We collaborate with you to plan and coordinate events, including but not limited to birthday parties, bridal/groom showers, baby shower, corporate events, and special celebrations. We provide recommendations and assistance for part or full organization of your event.

Payment for our event planning services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in your invoice. The total fee for our services will be communicated to you before you confirm your booking.

We will conduct an initial consultation to discuss your event vision, requirements, and budget. This consultation helps us understand your expectations and preferences. Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, we will create an event plan that outlines the details of your event, including venues, vendors, timelines, and other relevant aspects. You may request changes or revisions to the event plan within a reasonable timeframe. Additional fees will apply for significant modifications made after the initial plan is approved.

On the day of your event, we will oversee the coordination and execution of the plan to ensure a smooth and successful event. Any issues or emergencies will be addressed to the best of our abilities.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the event plan. We may recommend and assist in selecting vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and others. However, it is your responsibility to contract directly with these vendors, and we do not assume liability for their services. While we strive to provide exceptional event planning services, we do not assume liability for any issues or disputes that may arise with vendors or service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services or the event planning process.

Upon receipt of the event plan, it is your responsibility to review and accept the proposed plans. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us promptly for clarification.

We strongly recommend considering event insurance to protect your investment against unexpected circumstances. Event insurance can provide coverage for cancellations, liability issues, property damage, and other unforeseen incidents that may disrupt your event. While not mandatory, event insurance offers peace of mind and financial security.
